About the role#
Jackson offers a part-time internship program designed to provide practical work experience for students. This role is based within our National Sales Desk, where you will support our efforts to educate financial advisors across the country. You will gain exposure to senior leaders, build professional contacts, and receive training on projects that contribute to our sales operations.
What you'll do#
- Participate in skill development opportunities, including the Jackson Sales Academy.
- Improve your public speaking skills.
- Job shadow team members to gain insight into daily operations.
- Complete projects that support sales across the organization.
What you'll need#
- You must be an undergraduate student with senior status at the time of the internship.
- Academic background in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Marketing.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
- Experience with project management and a focus on customer needs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong personal initiative.

- This is an on-site, in-person internship located in Nashville, Tennessee.
- The program runs for the Winter 2027 term.
- This is a paid, part-time position.
