About the role#
Jackson is offering a part-time internship within our National Sales Desk. This program provides practical work experience to help you develop your career while you contribute to our team. You will partner with External Wholesalers to educate financial advisors and provide sales support across the country. This is a paid, in-person position based in Nashville for the Winter 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Participate in skill development through Jackson’s Sales Academy.
- Improve your public speaking skills.
- Shadow team members to learn about daily operations.
- Complete projects that help enable sales across the organization.
- Engage in professional development activities, including forums with company leaders and team-building events.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a senior in an undergraduate program, specifically in Business Administration.
- Strong initiative and a clear customer focus.
- Solid analytical and project management skills.
- Effective interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
