About the role#
SWBC is looking for students to join our internship program in San Antonio. You will work alongside experienced sales professionals to learn how to identify opportunities, build client relationships, and support business initiatives. This role provides hands-on experience in the financial services industry, focusing on the sales cycle and client management. You will contribute to real projects while receiving mentorship from our team.
What you'll do#
- Assist the sales team with lead generation and outreach efforts.
- Conduct market research to find potential clients.
- Help prepare sales presentations and proposals.
- Shadow Sales Executives during meetings.
- Support the sales and client relationship process.
- Learn technical skills to assist in problem solving.
- Integrate into a professional team environment.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field at an accredited college or university.
- Expected graduation date of May 2027 or later.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Detail oriented with excellent follow up habits.
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to change.
- A proactive attitude and a desire to learn.
- Previous experience or a strong interest in sales is preferred.

- This position is based on-site in San Antonio, Texas.
- This is a part-time, paid internship.
- The term is rolling.
