About the role#
The Corporate, Finance Internship Program (FIP) at Prudential Financial is a 10-week summer program designed to provide students with foundational experience in a corporate finance environment. As an intern, you will work alongside Finance Leadership Development Program associates and business leaders in areas such as Planning and Analysis, Controllers, Treasury, Expense Management, Tax, or Internal Audit. This role is a full-time, paid position that serves as a pipeline for future talent.
What you'll do#
- Apply your classroom knowledge to support the reconciliation and analysis of financial results.
- Collaborate with business partners to complete key deliverables.
- Analyze existing financial operations and identify opportunities to improve process efficiencies.
- Assist with special projects, initiatives, and ad-hoc reporting requests.
- Present your newly learned skills and project outcomes to your team.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an accredited bachelor’s program with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2029.
- Preferred majors include Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher is preferred.
- Strong technical skills, with a particular focus on Excel.
- You must possess the required US employment authorization, as this position does not provide visa sponsorship.
