About the role#
As a Pharmacist Intern at Credena Health Pharmacy, you will support our pharmacy team in delivering patient care. You will work on-site at Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center and Children's Hospital in Spokane, Washington. This is a full-time, paid position.
What you'll do#
- Provide pharmaceutical care, information, and consultation to patients and health care professionals.
- Ensure patients and staff understand the correct use of medications and supplies.
- Manage the timely and accurate filling of prescriptions and medical orders.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in or graduation from an accredited College of Pharmacy.
- Washington Pharmacist Intern Registration or a Washington Pharmacist License upon hire.
- We prefer candidates who are in their first year of pharmacy school.
- Prior training in the concepts of pharmaceutical care is also preferred.
