About the role#
This position is for students pursuing a career in nursing. You will function as a caregiver while actively working toward a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) certification. This is a full-time, paid role based in Missoula, Montana.
What you'll do#
- Act as a caregiver within the medical-surgical unit.
- Enroll in and complete a CNA or EMT certification program.
- Obtain your CNA license or Montana EMT Basic License within 12 months of your start date.
What you'll need#
- Commitment to completing a CNA or EMT certification program.
- Ability to obtain a CNA license or Montana EMT Basic License within one year.
- National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
- Previous patient care experience is preferred but not required.
