About the role#
The Clinical Student Intern at Magnolia Primary Care supports clinical operations by observing and participating in various patient care experiences. This position is designed for students currently enrolled in an accredited Medical Assisting program who want to gain practical experience in a professional healthcare setting.
What you'll do#
- Observe and participate in a variety of clinical experiences.
- Assist in providing patient care within an assigned clinical setting.
- Perform related clinical and administrative duties as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited Medical Assisting program in good standing.
- Completion of at least one module or one quarter of the Medical Assistant program prior to the start date.
- Ability to obtain American Heart Association National Provider BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
