About the role#
This is a 4-month paid internship in Finance at our Toronto headquarters. You will take on real ownership from your first day, working on live business challenges across major retailers and brands. You will use data, financial analysis, and consumer insights to help teams make informed decisions and drive business development.
What you'll do#
- Conduct financial analysis on plans or projects to determine profitability and set direction for future initiatives.
- Identify growth opportunities to exceed targets and mitigate potential business risks.
- Develop an understanding of external market trends, including benchmarking and retailer or sales channel analysis.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, and category teams to understand business needs and develop practical solutions.
- Analyze and influence strategy, forecasting, and profitable growth.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree with a planned graduation in mid-late 2028.
- No more than 3 years of prior full-time experience, excluding previous intern or co-op work.
- Ability to start the role on May 3, 2027.
- Availability to start a full-time role within 12 months of the internship end date if successful.
- Majors in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or Accounting.
