About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027 based in Marlborough, Massachusetts. You will work on-site as part of the Pratt & Whitney team, contributing to aviation technology projects. Please note that U.S. citizenship is required for this position.
What you'll do#
- Design and integrate new capabilities into larger systems using COTS components.
- Verify system functionality within a laboratory environment.
- Troubleshoot hardware issues and analyze test results.
- Perform various technical analyses and simulations.
- Generate necessary project documentation.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Advanced degree program in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or Statistics.
- Completion of at least 60 credit hours by the start of the internship.
- Familiarity with the engineering design process.
- Practical experience using lab test equipment, such as oscilloscopes and multi-meters.
- Ability to work independently and complete tasks with minimal direction.
