About the role#
The Realty Services Undergraduate Intern position is a 10-week summer program based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. As an intern, you will gain exposure to the financial services industry, apply your academic knowledge to real-world business scenarios, and receive professional development through mentoring and job shadowing. This is a paid, full-time, on-site role for the Summer 2026 term.
What you'll do#
Interns will be assigned to one or two functional areas within the Realty Services organization, such as Corporate Workplace, Design and Construction, Operations, Project Management, Real Estate Development, Risk and Governance, or Transactions. Your responsibilities include:
- Supporting core group activities by applying learned knowledge to drive business results.
- Assisting with internal projects, process support, and customer interactions.
- Networking with business representatives and fellow interns.
- Participating in job shadowing and mentorship opportunities.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program with sophomore or junior status.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Academic background in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, Logistics, Real Estate, or Computer Science.
- Ability to demonstrate knowledge, skills, and abilities relevant to the role.
