About the role#
Join our Portfolio Management team as a Summer 2027 intern. You will gain hands-on experience in commercial real estate project management by supporting tenant improvement projects, including buildouts and landlord work. This role provides insight into how construction impacts leasing and property operations.
What you'll do#
- Track and manage active tenant improvement projects from start to finish.
- Monitor tenant delivery and opening dates.
- Communicate with tenants regarding their scope of work, construction needs, and project timelines.
- Gather information on construction plans and permitting status.
- Update and maintain project dashboards and trackers in MRI.
- Collaborate with the leasing, construction, and property management teams to ensure project goals align.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree-seeking program for Construction Management, Architectural Engineering, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Good academic standing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- This is a full-time, paid internship located on-site in Cincinnati, Ohio.
