About the role#
The Accounts Payable Intern will work with the Accounts Payable Manager and the broader team at our office in Cincinnati, Ohio. This is a full-time, paid internship for the Summer 2027 term. You will gain experience with our Enterprise Resource Planning system and learn how the accounts payable function fits into the company operations. You will also develop skills in project documentation and professional communication.
What you'll do#
- Code and process Accounts Payable invoices.
- Help resolve internal and external helpdesk requests regarding accounts payable.
- Monitor the invoice approval process to ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Assist with ad hoc reporting and special projects as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a university degree program, specifically in Accounting or a business-related field.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, with a focus on Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
