About the role#
As an Options Analyst intern, you will support our team by managing pricing tools and maintaining sales materials. You will work closely with designers and sales professionals to ensure our home options remain accurate and profitable. This role involves analyzing cost data to find trends and savings opportunities.
What you'll do#
- Analyze costs to optimize margins for new and existing home options.
- Maintain and update all sales materials related to options.
- Manage and update pricing tools.
- Assist the Options team with various projects as they arise.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a university program, specifically in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Operations Management.
- A High School Diploma.
- 0 to 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- The ability to interpret cost analytics to identify trends and inaccuracies.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid summer internship for 2027.
- You will work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
- The position is based in Houston, Texas, and follows a hybrid work schedule.
