About the role#
This internship provides experience within the construction industry at Perry Homes. You will support the New Home Starts department by managing documentation, tracking payments, and assisting project staff with daily workflows. This is a full-time, paid position for the Summer 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Review and organize documentation for new job creation and legal paperwork.
- Support the processing and tracking of payments and expense reconciliations.
- Organize builder certification documentation.
- Provide administrative support to New Home Starts Managers to ensure accurate releases.
- Help Project Planners and Project Coordinators with departmental tasks.
- Plan and execute an employee volunteer event in coordination with the Perry Homes Foundation.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a university program.
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Real Estate, or Logistics.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
