About the role#
PBS Systems is looking for an Accounting Support Analyst intern to join our Client Services team. This is a full-time, 40-hour per week position for a minimum of 6 months. You will support customers using the accounting module of our software, assisting them through the development, installation, and training phases.
What you'll do#
- Provide software support to customers using the accounting module.
- Monitor and respond to helpdesk tickets assigned to your team.
- Keep users updated on the status of their escalations and incidents.
- Ensure support services are delivered effectively and professionally.
- Communicate with customers using empathy to build and maintain positive relationships.
- Collaborate with project teams to support other departments and installation needs.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an Accounting Diploma or Certificate program.
- Understanding of accounting fundamentals.
- Experience in customer service.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work well both independently and within a team.
- Willingness to embrace variety, structure, change, and innovation.
- Experience in an automotive dealership accounting department is an asset.
