About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship based in Mineral Wells, Texas. You will work on-site as part of the plant HR team to support local operations.
What you'll do#
- Provide functional support to the HR team.
- Work on specific projects and broader HR initiatives.
- Use continuous improvement methods to make HR services more efficient.
- Help with talent acquisition, including onboarding, retention, and engagement tasks.
- Join teams focused on employee recognition and community outreach.
- Build positive relationships with employees across the organization.
- Take on additional duties as assigned.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
- You must hold U.S. Citizenship, Permanent Residency, or another appropriate status.
