About the role#
Flowserve is looking for a Talent Management Intern to join our Human Resources team for the Summer 2027 term. This full-time, on-site position in Irving, Texas, offers hands-on experience within a global organization. You will work alongside HR professionals to support talent initiatives and gain exposure to how human capital strategy aligns with business priorities.
What you'll do#
- Learn the Flowserve talent management philosophy and translate complex concepts into clear communications for leaders and HR partners.
- Support key talent programs through research, analysis, and process improvements based on current business needs.
- Assist with various global talent management initiatives.
- Collaborate within our HR Shared Services model to gain exposure to regional and global HR operations.
- Present your project outcomes, key learnings, and internship experience to the HR Leadership Team at the end of the term.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as an undergraduate or graduate student in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A strong interest in talent management, employee development, and human capital strategy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to analyze information, organize tasks, and solve problems effectively.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify information for different audiences.
- A collaborative mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to handle information with discretion.
