About the role#
As a Deployment Strategist on the Warp Speed team, you will focus on using data to drive operational action. You will work alongside engineers, product designers, and other strategists to deploy software that helps revitalize the American Industrial Base. This role involves immersing yourself in complex customer workflows to understand their most significant problems and identify how our software can provide solutions.
What you'll do#
- Go onsite to meet with customer analysts and identify their most critical operational challenges.
- Identify relevant datasets and work with Forward Deployed Engineers to integrate them into stable, extensible pipelines.
- Build customized workflows for new user groups and lead training sessions to ensure the product meets user needs.
- Present findings and proposals for future work to audiences ranging from analysts to C-suite executives.
- Embed with software engineering and product design teams to share field observations and influence product offerings.
- Build and deliver product demos for new and existing customers.
- Scope out potential engagements in new industries and locations.
What you'll need#
- You must be a U.S. Person.
- You must be graduating in December 2027 or Spring 2028.
- You must have experience with programming, scripting, or statistical packages such as Python, R, Matlab, or SQL.
- You must be able to travel 25 to 75 percent of the time.
