    About the role#

    This 13-week summer internship provides hands-on experience across the Design, Production, Customer Service, and Sales departments. You will work with a mentor to build your professional skills and learn the fundamentals of our business. The program includes a corporate office visit in Lake Forest, Illinois, to meet with leadership and network with other interns. Successful completion of the program may lead to an offer for a full-time position in our rotational sales development program after graduation.

    What you'll do#

    • Collaborate with a mentor to guide your professional development.
    • Complete special projects to support Design, Customer Service, Production, and Sales functions.
    • Learn the PCA business model, our industry, and the sales process.
    • Develop core sales skills including communication, time management, problem-solving, and networking.
    • Manage customer inquiries, follow up on leads, and assist with complaint resolution.
    • Build a prospect list and accompany experienced Sales Representatives on customer visits.
    • Deliver a final project presentation to management and fellow interns.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in a degree program for Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
    • Completion of your freshman year of college.
    • A minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0.
    • Eligibility to work in the US on a full-time basis.
    • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects or customer inquiries at once.
    • Willingness to travel.
    • A high level of professionalism and maturity when engaging with team members and customers.

    Location & details#

    • Location: Plano, Texas.
    • Term: Summer 2027 (May to August).
    • Modality: On-site.
    • Compensation: Paid position with a pay range of $25.00 to $30.00 per hour, depending on academic year.
    • Benefits: Includes paid holidays and 401k plan enrollment with employer matching.
