About the role#
L3Harris is looking for an intern to join the team and take ownership of product success. You will work in a team environment, demonstrate solutions to customers, and represent products at tradeshows. This role involves a variety of responsibilities typical of a Product Manager.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate across teams to create and manage strategic solutions that grow our influence in the critical communications industry.
- Analyze market verticals, conduct research, define requirements, and manage partner solution roadmaps.
- Build Go-To-Market strategies for solutions involving Land Mobile Radio and 4G LTE/5G technologies.
- Recommend long-term product strategies to help customers transition from an own and operate model to a managed service model.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Product Management or a related field.
- Experience with business systems like SAP and prioritizing tasks in high-stakes environments.
- Ability to work with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams.
- Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in the critical communications market and developing financially viable SaaS models.
- Ability to build credibility across the organization and promote ideas persuasively.
Location & details#
- Location: Lynchburg, Virginia.
- Schedule: 9/80 work schedule (80 hours over 9 days with every other Friday off).
- This is a paid, full-time, on-site internship.
