About the role#
The Digital Technology Intern will provide support for the end user population within both office and manufacturing environments. This role offers exposure to a wide range of software and hardware skillsets while working within an onsite support team. This is a year-round, paid internship that requires the ability to work on-site in Oshkosh, Wisconsin.
What you'll do#
- Provide Digital Technology support for end users.
- Follow documented software installations and hardware configurations.
- Build troubleshooting skills by addressing problematic incidents.
- Gain exposure to Digital Technology incident and request ticketing systems.
- Develop communication skills through daily interaction with end users.
- Understand the requirements and expectations within a team environment.
- Follow established departmental procedures and meet service timelines.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Graduation date on or after May 2027.
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.
- Ability to work 20 hours per week during the school year and 40 hours per week during winter and summer breaks.
- Experience and aptitude with computer software installations and desktop or laptop hardware.

- Compensation: $18.00 - $37.00 per hour.
