About the role#
The DRC Customer Success Intern position is part of the Oracle Veteran Internship Program (OVIP). This program is designed to support transitioning military veterans and active-duty military spouses who are new to the corporate sector. Interns receive hands-on job skill training, professional development, and mentorship from corporate leadership and veteran coaches to aid in their career transition.
What you'll do#
- Act as a customer liaison for Premier Support Service questions, order quoting, and processing.
- Manage inbound customer service calls and emails regarding support renewals.
- Educate customers on business practices and contractual implications.
- Ensure customer awareness and understanding of the Support Portfolio.
- Manage exceptions for customers with issues that may delay or inhibit renewals.
- Identify and transfer leads to sales representatives for new opportunities.
- Drive online quoting, purchase order acceptance, and customer automation.
What you'll need#
- US Veteran transitioning from active service or Military Spouse new to corporate experience is preferred.
- 2 years of proven experience and/or a BA/BS degree is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills, including experience answering phones and managing email correspondence.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical capabilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently within defined policies.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

- Location: Colorado Springs, Colorado.
- Term: Summer 2026.
- Modality: Hybrid (work from home with the option to work from the Oracle facility in Colorado Springs).
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
- Compensation: $30 per hour.
