DRC Customer Success Intern - OVIP

About the role#

The DRC Customer Success Intern role is part of the Oracle Veteran Internship Program (OVIP). This program is designed to support transitioning military veterans and active-duty military spouses as they gain corporate experience. You will work within the Support Organization, acting as a customer liaison to assist with support renewals, order quoting, and processing. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week internship for Summer 2026.

What you'll do#

• Answer inbound customer service calls and emails regarding support renewals.
• Educate customers on business practices and contractual implications.
• Ensure customer awareness and understanding of the Support Portfolio.
• Manage exceptions for customers when issues may delay or inhibit renewals.
• Identify and transfer leads to sales representatives for new opportunities.
• Drive online quoting, purchase order acceptance, and customer automation.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with internal teams to meet individual goals.

What you'll need#

• Preference is given to US Veterans transitioning from active service or Military Spouses new to corporate experience.
• 2 years of proven experience and/or a BA/BS degree is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills, including experience managing high volumes of phone calls and emails.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical abilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to gain acceptance in complex situations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week) without conflicting long-term obligations.

• Location: Colorado Springs, Colorado.
• Modality: Hybrid (work from home with the option to work from the Oracle facility in Colorado Springs).
• Requirements: Must have stable internet or the ability to work from the office.
