About the role#
The DRC Customer Success Intern role is part of the Oracle Veteran Internship Program (OVIP). This program is designed to support transitioning military veterans and active-duty military spouses as they move into the corporate sector. Interns receive hands-on job-skill training and professional development while working alongside corporate leadership and HR professionals. This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2026.
What you'll do#
- Act as a customer liaison for all Premier Support Service inquiries, including order quoting and processing.
- Educate customers on business practices and contractual implications.
- Ensure customer awareness and understanding of the Support Portfolio.
- Manage exceptions for customers with issues that may delay or inhibit renewals.
- Contact customers to ensure purchase orders are issued prior to expiration, prioritizing communications based on dollar amount and customer need.
- Participate in team meetings, collaborate with internal teams, and provide feedback to improve the internship program.
What you'll need#
- US Veteran transitioning from active service or Military Spouse new to corporate experience is preferred.
- 2 years of proven experience or a BA/BS degree is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to manage high volumes of phone and email communications.

- Location: Colorado Springs, Colorado.
- Modality: Hybrid (work from home with the option to work from the Oracle facility in Colorado Springs).
- Commitment: Full-time (40 hours per week).
