About the role#
The DRC Customer Success Internship is part of the Oracle Veteran Internship Program (OVIP). This program is designed for transitioning military veterans and active-duty military spouses who are new to the corporate sector. Interns receive hands-on training, professional development, and experience within the company's support organization. This is a full-time, paid position for Summer 2026.
What you'll do#
- Serve as a customer liaison for Premier Support Service questions, order quoting, and processing.
- Manage inbound customer calls and emails regarding support renewals.
- Educate customers on business practices and contractual implications.
- Ensure customer awareness and understanding of the Support Portfolio.
- Manage exceptions for customers experiencing issues that may delay or inhibit renewals.
- Contact customers to ensure purchase orders are issued prior to expiration, prioritizing communications based on dollar amount and specific customer needs.
- Drive online quoting, purchase order acceptance, and customer automation.
What you'll need#
- Status as a US Veteran transitioning from active service or an active-duty Military Spouse new to corporate experience is preferred.
- A BA/BS degree or 2 years of proven experience is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to work independently within defined policies.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Location & details#
- Location: Colorado Springs, Colorado.
- Modality: Hybrid (option to work from home or at the Oracle facility in Colorado Springs).
- Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week).
- Education focus: Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications majors are encouraged to apply.
