DRC Customer Success Intern - OVIP

About the role#

The DRC Customer Success Intern role is part of the Oracle Veteran Internship Program (OVIP). This program is designed to support transitioning military veterans and active-duty military spouses as they move into the corporate sector. Interns receive hands-on job-skill training and professional development while working alongside corporate leadership and HR professionals. This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2026.

What you'll do#

• Act as a customer liaison for all Premier Support Service inquiries, including order quoting and processing.
• Educate customers on business practices and contractual implications.
• Ensure customer awareness and understanding of the Support Portfolio.
• Manage exceptions for customers with issues that may delay or inhibit renewals.
• Contact customers to ensure purchase orders are issued prior to expiration, prioritizing communications based on dollar amount and customer need.
• Participate in team meetings, collaborate with internal teams, and provide feedback to improve the internship program.

What you'll need#

• US Veteran transitioning from active service or Military Spouse new to corporate experience is preferred.
• 2 years of proven experience or a BA/BS degree is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to manage high volumes of phone and email communications.

• Location: Colorado Springs, Colorado.
• Modality: Hybrid (work from home with the option to work from the Oracle facility in Colorado Springs).
• Commitment: Full-time (40 hours per week).
