About the role#
As a Finance Intern, you will develop your leadership and technical skills through a variety of projects, formal training, and professional experiences. You will support various facets of the finance and accounting function within a global manufacturing organization. This is a full-time, paid summer internship lasting 12 weeks.
What you'll do#
You will gain exposure to different areas of our finance operations, including:
- Business Segment Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Enterprise FP&A
- Controlling and Internal Audit
- External Reporting and Investor Relations
- Manufacturing and Commercial Finance
- Treasury
Beyond your daily tasks, you will participate in structured learning opportunities, network with peers and senior leaders, and engage with our Employee Resource Groups.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, economics, or a related field.
- Expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Ability to relocate to the Minneapolis, MN area for the summer.
- Authorization to work in the United States without restrictions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
- A collaborative mindset and the energy to work in ambiguous situations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with data analytics and visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is preferred.
- Knowledge of GAAP and previous leadership or industry-related internship experience are considered assets.
Location & details#
- Location: St Louis Park, Minnesota.
- Work Modality: Hybrid.
- Compensation: $22.00 per hour.
- Benefits: Includes paid time off, sick time, volunteer time, and holidays. Relocation and housing support are available for eligible candidates.
