About the role#
This 10-week internship at Advanced Sterilization Products (ASP) provides foundational business knowledge through hands-on experience. As a Global Leadership Development Program intern, you will lead a specific project designed to create a measurable impact on the business. You will gain exposure to experienced business leaders, mentors, and subject matter experts while building your technical and interpersonal skills.
What you'll do#
- Lead a 10-week project to drive immediate business results.
- Learn how the Fortive Business System shapes strategy and creates value.
- Engage with mentors and subject matter experts to grow your professional network.
- Investigate business problems using data to determine effective solutions.
- Connect daily business activities to overall financial performance.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting with a graduation date of December 2027 or later.
- A GPA of 3.5 or higher is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with BI tools like Incorta, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Understanding of financial statements, including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex information clearly.

- This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027.
- The role is based on-site at our headquarters in Irvine, California.
