About the role#
This internship supports the Anthropologie brand within the Sourcing and Production team. You will work alongside the Product Development team to gain hands-on experience in the apparel creation process. The role covers the full product lifecycle, including cross-functional collaboration, fit approvals, and vendor communication.
What you'll do#
- Assist the team in managing style development from initial concept to production handoff.
- Track development milestones, sample status, approvals, and key calendar dates.
- Organize and maintain the product development work-in-progress records.
- Coordinate the receipt, logging, and distribution of development samples.
- Prepare samples for preview meetings.
- Communicate with suppliers and vendors regarding sample requests and development updates.
- Conduct competitive market research and product benchmarking.
- Help with ad hoc projects and administrative tasks.
What you'll need#
- You are currently a student in a merchandising or apparel design field.

- This is a paid, full-time internship based on-site in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
- The program runs from June 7, 2027, through August 13, 2027.
