Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities Assist in creating mood boards, color palettes, and seasonal concept presentations. Support the design team with sketching, CADs, and technical packages. Help source fabrics, trims, and inspiration materials for upcoming collections. Organize and maintain sample libraries, swatch books, and design archives. Participate in fittings, design reviews, and cross-functional meetings with buying and production teams. Conduct trend and market research to support design direction and innovation. Assist in preparing line sheets, spec sheets, and internal presentation materials.
Qualifications: What We’re Looking For Currently pursuing a degree in Fashion Design or a related field. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); experience with CLO 3D or similar software is a plus. Excellent sketching and visual communication skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Collaborative, curious, and eager to learn in a creative, fast-paced environment. Role Summary: FP Movement is looking for Apparel Design Interns across categories to join us for the Summer. As an Apparel Design Intern, you’ll assist in the design and development of seasonal collections, from concept to final sample. You’ll contribute to trend research, sketching, fabric sourcing, and presentation building, gaining hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of fashion design.
