About the role#
As a Strategy Intern, you will join teams that shape the company growth agenda. You will work alongside experienced strategists and senior leaders to explore complex business questions. This role involves analyzing consumer and market insights to help chart the future of the brand. You will be embedded within a specific strategy team, such as Brand, Product, or Corporate Strategy, to deliver a high-impact project aligned with current business priorities.
What you'll do#
- Partner to develop elements of the global long-term growth strategy.
- Manage one or more cross-functional projects to support management.
- Identify and evaluate critical strategic priorities and business problems.
- Catalyze action on strategic priorities through long-range planning and performance management.
- Build financial models and translate concepts into actionable plans.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an MBA or Master's program with a graduation date of Winter 2027 or Spring 2028.
- Experience in areas such as corporate strategy, consulting, business development, investment banking, finance, or retail.
- 3 to 5 years of professional work experience is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to structure problems and solve them strategically.
- Experience presenting to and influencing senior leadership.
- Academic background in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or Operations Management.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, 10-week paid internship.
- The role is based on-site at the headquarters in Beaverton, Oregon.
- The internship takes place in Summer 2027.
