About the role#
Niagara Bottling is hiring a Manufacturing Intern for the Summer 2027 term. This is a full-time, paid, on-site position based in Milesburg, Pennsylvania. You will work directly on projects within our manufacturing departments to gain hands-on experience with our production methods, machines, and processes.
What you'll do#
- Rotate through multiple areas of the plant to understand the manufacturing process.
- Support plant team members with daily operations and production tasks.
- Assist with research on new and existing projects to support decision-making.
- Identify problems and develop proposed solutions.
- Attend department meetings and create action plans based on feedback.
- Communicate and collaborate with team members across the organization.
- Create and present a final presentation on your internship projects and outcomes to department leadership.
What you'll need#
- You must be a current Junior or a rising Senior pursuing a Bachelor's degree.
- While we accept candidates with zero years of experience, we prefer individuals with two years of experience in a similar manufacturing environment, position, or in managing projects.
