    About the role#

    As a Manufacturing Intern, you will spend your time working on high impact projects within one of our manufacturing departments. You will gain hands on experience in a production environment while working toward a Bachelor's degree. This role is a paid, full-time, on-site opportunity located in Mesa, Arizona.

    What you'll do#

    • Rotate through multiple areas of the plant to understand the overall manufacturing process.
    • Support plant team members to gain experience with production methods, machines, and processes.
    • Assist with research on new and existing projects to support decision making.
    • Attend department meetings and create action plans based on feedback.
    • Prepare a presentation on your internship experience, projects, and outcomes for department leadership.

    What you'll need#

    • You are currently a Junior or a Rising Senior pursuing a Bachelor's degree.
    • We are looking for students majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or Supply Chain Management.
    • No prior experience in a manufacturing environment, a similar position, or managing people and projects is required.
