About the role#
As a Manufacturing Intern, you will spend your time working on projects within our manufacturing departments. This role offers hands-on experience in a production environment where you will contribute to operations and develop proposed solutions to technical problems.
What you'll do#
- Rotate through various areas of the plant to understand the manufacturing process.
- Support plant team members to gain experience with machines, production methods, and daily processes.
- Assist with research on new and existing projects to support decision making.
- Attend department meetings and create action plans based on feedback.
- Prepare and deliver a presentation on your internship experience, projects, and outcomes to department leadership.
What you'll need#
- You must be a current Junior or Rising Senior pursuing a Bachelor's Degree.
- We are looking for students in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, as well as Operations or Supply Chain Management.
- No prior experience in a similar manufacturing environment, position, or people management is required.

- Location: Dallas, Texas.
- This is a full-time, on-site, paid internship.
- The term is rolling.
