    About the role#

    This unpaid internship offers a structured learning experience in broadcast news production. Interns work under supervision to gain practical exposure to the daily operations of a newsroom. The program is designed to provide educational value and does not replace or displace existing staff.

    What you'll do#

    • Focus on news production tasks, including producing and reporting.
    • Participate in a meaningful, supervised learning experience.
    • Collaborate with the news team to support daily broadcast operations.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment as a college student with a concentrated study in Journalism, Communications, or video production.
    • Advanced skill level to navigate the complexities of a news environment.
    • Strong communication skills.
    • A collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn.
    • Flexibility regarding tasks and scheduling.

    • Location: Indianapolis, Indiana.
    • Work Modality: On-site.
    • Term: Rolling.
    • Schedule: Determined on a case-by-case basis.
