About the role#
WHO 13 is looking for an aspiring broadcast professional to join our newsroom. This internship provides an opportunity to take classroom knowledge and turn it into practical television experience.
What you'll do#
- Assist at the assignment desk.
- Learn the process of producing a show.
- Put together a package for broadcast.
- Report stories for on-air, online, mobile, and social media platforms.
What you'll need#
- Minimum junior status at the start of the internship.
- A strong interest in broadcast journalism.
- Ability to report stories across various platforms.
- Willingness to learn production techniques.
- Current enrollment as an undergraduate student in Journalism, Communications, or Media Studies.
