About the role#
WSPA-TV in Spartanburg offers internship opportunities for students pursuing degrees in broadcast journalism, video production, and communications. You will work under supervision to gain practical experience in a professional media environment. This internship lasts for 15 weeks and requires a commitment of 16 hours per week. At the end of the term, your supervisor will provide a written evaluation of your performance.
What you'll do#
You will work two eight-hour shifts each week. Your tasks will vary depending on the department, which may include News, Creative Services, Production, or Community Development. You will contribute to projects that require an advanced skill level.
