About the role#
This 10-week summer internship at Randa Apparel & Accessories provides exposure to the digital fundamentals of retail and wholesale businesses. You will work directly with the Digital Team and collaborate with various departments to gain hands-on experience. Interns are assigned a mentor and a group project, which you will present to company leaders at the end of the program to address specific business opportunities.
What you'll do#
- Create graphic designs and digital content.
- Develop print and packaging designs.
- Write and generate AI prompts.
- Produce copy, photography, and video assets.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders across the organization.
- Research and propose solutions for business improvements as part of a group project.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- Ability to work on-site Monday through Friday for the full 10-week duration.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to learning and solving problems.
- Comfort managing multiple priorities at once.

- Location: Dallas, Texas.
- Modality: On-site, Monday through Friday.
- Term: Summer 2027 (June 7 to August 13).
- Compensation: Paid at $20.00 per hour.
