About the role#
This 10-week summer internship at Randa Apparel & Accessories provides direct exposure to sales and sales planning functions. You will gain insight into the fundamentals of retail and wholesale business while working alongside our teams in Farmers Branch, Texas. Interns are paired with a mentor to guide their professional development and support a final group project.
What you'll do#
- Shadow the sales team during their daily responsibilities.
- Manage sample organization, including maintaining assortment boards and handling PP/TOP samples.
- Assist with gathering reports and samples for internal and customer meetings.
- Support sales staff in managing purchase order activity across various customers and categories.
- Learn the basics of forecasting and projections for our product lines.
- Gain exposure to OTB and inventory management processes.
- Collaborate with the merchandising department to meet sales needs.
- Attend weekly meetings.
- Complete a group project that researches and proposes a solution for company white space, which you will present to leadership at the end of the program.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in business administration or sales.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- Ability to work on-site in Farmers Branch, Texas, Monday through Friday.
- Commitment to the full 10-week duration of the program.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in collaborative, cross-functional settings.

- Term: Summer 2027 (June 7 to August 13).
- Modality: On-site, Monday through Friday.
- Compensation: $20.00 per hour.
