About the role#
This 10-week summer internship offers exposure to the sales and sales planning functions at Randa Apparel & Accessories. You will work alongside the sales and planning teams to learn the fundamentals of retail and wholesale operations. The program includes a group project where you will work with a mentor to research and present a recommendation to company leadership.
What you'll do#
- Shadow team members in their day-to-day sales responsibilities.
- Assist with pulling samples and reports for internal and customer meetings.
- Manage assortment boards and handle the receipt and shipment of PP/TOP samples.
- Support OTB and inventory management processes.
- Manage PO activity for specific customers and categories.
- Collaborate with the merchandising department.
- Learn the basics of forecasting and product projections.
- Attend weekly meetings.
- Complete a group project focused on identifying and solving business challenges.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Business Administration or Sales.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- Ability to commit to the full 10-week duration of the program.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive attitude and a desire to learn.
- Ability to work well in collaborative settings.

- Location: Chicago, Illinois.
- Work Modality: On-site, Monday through Friday.
- Term: Summer 2027 (June 7 to August 13).
- Compensation: $20.00 per hour.
- Employment Type: Full-time internship.
