About the role#
This 10-week summer internship offers exposure to the fundamentals of retail and wholesale business within our Merchandising division. You will work alongside our design and merchandising teams to support seasonal product development and gain hands-on experience in the apparel industry.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with design and merchandising teams to build seasonal product lines.
- Review selling reports and monitor competitors to identify new product opportunities.
- Prepare line sheets and samples for customer and licensor meetings.
- Enter product specifications into our Product Lifestyle Management (PLM) system.
- Coordinate with international suppliers through daily email communication.
- Organize and check in development samples received from factories.
- Complete a group project and present your recommendations to company leadership.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Fashion Design, or Fashion Merchandising.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- Ability to work on-site, Monday through Friday, for the full 10-week program.
- Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- A proactive attitude toward problem-solving and learning.
- Comfort managing multiple priorities in a busy office environment.
- An interest in working collaboratively across different functional teams.

- Compensation: $20.00 per hour.
