About the role#
This internship program is for rising juniors and seniors interested in commercial real estate investment management. You will gain exposure to debt and equity investments, operations, research, and client solutions. The program begins in June 2027 and includes training, networking, and a collaborative summer project.
What you'll do#
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, investment analyses, portfolio reporting, Excel models, and presentations.
- Conduct research on commercial real estate, capital markets, economics, and industry trends.
- Collect, validate, analyze, and organize data using internal systems and external sources.
- Support portfolio monitoring by reviewing borrower, property, loan, and investment information.
- Assist with investor reporting, case studies, and business development initiatives.
- Collaborate across the organization and present findings or recommendations.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, economics, business, accounting, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- A demonstrated interest in commercial real estate, investments, or asset management.
- Intellectual curiosity and a willingness to learn.

- Term: Summer 2027.
- Work Modality: Hybrid (4 days per week).
- Status: Full-time, paid position at $27 per hour.
