About the role#
Network Right is seeking a Business Operations and Office Management Intern for a 3-month engagement. You will work directly with our founders on high-priority initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience in how a scaling business operates from the inside.
What you'll do#
- Support key company initiatives to keep operations running smoothly.
- Research, evaluate, and coordinate visits for potential office locations.
- Organize and execute company events, including team gatherings.
- Handle scheduling, vendor coordination, and documentation.
- Keep the office stocked, organized, and prepared for daily use.
- Assist with hosting candidates during onsite interviews.
- Manage ad hoc research and logistics as business needs arise.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Communications, or a related field.
- A genuine interest in tech, startups, and business operations.
- A resourceful and proactive approach to tasks.
- Ability to work comfortably with ambiguity.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A willingness to jump in and assist with whatever is needed.
Location & details#
- Location: New York, New York. This is an on-site role requiring attendance 4 days per week.
- Compensation: $20 per hour.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 20-40 hours per week, typically between 9am and 5:30pm.
- Term: Rolling start for a 3-month duration, with potential for full-time conversion after 90 days based on business needs.
