About the role#
This internship offers an opportunity to support various business and operational functions at SimVentions. You will work across departments including finance, contract management, business development, and human resources. The role involves assisting with research, documentation, and coordination for daily projects. You will work alongside experienced professionals, participate in team meetings, and receive mentorship throughout the summer.
What you'll do#
- Support daily business and operational functions based on organizational needs.
- Assist with research, analysis, and documentation for various projects.
- Collaborate with team members on finance, contract management, and human resources tasks.
- Provide project updates and participate in regular team meetings.
- Engage in training sessions, workshops, and networking activities.
- Learn and apply business best practices.
What you'll need#
- Completed freshman year of college by the start of the internship.
- Enrollment in a degree program such as Business Administration, Finance, or Human Resources.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive attitude toward personal and professional growth.
- Eligibility to obtain a security clearance.
