About the role#
ND Paper is hiring an intern for our corrugated box plant in Sturtevant. This role offers the chance to gain experience in the paper and packaging industry while working with our production team.
What you'll do#
- Assist Converting team members with daily tasks as assigned by your supervisor.
- Follow all safety policies and company procedures, including maintaining good housekeeping.
- Complete monthly online safety training.
- Report any accidents, incidents, or issues immediately.
- Relay messages to the appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
- Submit maintenance work orders for repairs and assist with equipment maintenance.
- Adhere to the production schedule.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Paper and Packaging degree program or a related field.
- Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
- Strong analytical and creative skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Sturtevant, Wisconsin.
