About the role#
The Future Talent Program offers internships lasting 10 to 12 weeks. You will work on one or more projects within the Global Support Division. This role provides an opportunity to develop your skills and explore a career in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
What you'll do#
- Provide EHS compliance and technical support to local site business partners.
- Support compliance programs covering General Occupational Safety, High-Risk Work, and Industrial Hygiene.
- Assist with environmental programs related to air, water, and waste.
- Think critically about process inefficiencies and propose solutions.
- Receive verbal or written direction and implement corresponding changes.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors or master’s degree in Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Biology, or a related technical program.
- Completion of at least 2 years of college course work.
- Ability to work full time for 10 to 12 weeks.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, problem-solving, and computer skills.
- Prior internship or work experience in EHS or chemical manufacturing is preferred.
- Ability to convey ideas clearly and work well in a small team is preferred.

- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: On-site.
- This is a paid, full-time internship. We do not provide visa sponsorship for this role.
