About the role#
This internship is part of the Future Talent Program within the Animal Health Research and Development Quality Assurance team. You will spend up to 12 weeks working on projects that support quality systems across the product development lifecycle. This role offers exposure to how quality assurance partners with business stakeholders to maintain regulatory standards and support drug development.
What you'll do#
- Support Quality Management System (QMS) continuous improvement projects.
- Review and align procedures and develop training resources.
- Create quality metrics and build dashboards to track performance.
- Interact with Quality Assurance professionals and leadership team members.
- Gain insight into drug development phases and the role of quality in patient and animal welfare.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor or graduate program in Life Sciences, Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, Biological Sciences, Quality Systems, Business, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Completion of at least 2 years of college coursework by June 2027.
- Ability to work full-time for up to 12 weeks between May and August 2027.
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to take initiative, own deliverables, and work effectively in a team.
- Experience with or exposure to data analysis, process improvement, or business analytics tools like Excel and Power BI.
- Ability to maintain accurate records.
