About the role#
The Marketing Proposal Intern joins the Sales and Marketing team to gain hands-on experience in the proposal development process for the construction industry. You will work alongside the proposal team to prepare and submit materials that align with company goals.
What you'll do#
- Research and gather insights to support proposal content.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to collect data and materials.
- Develop and maintain a centralized site to improve proposal consistency.
- Improve the tools and resources used for proposal development.
- Support the team with administrative tasks.
- Assist in preparing proposals to ensure accuracy and compliance with customer requirements.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate degree program in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Junior standing is preferred.
- Previous internship experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Adobe Suite programs, including InDesign and Illustrator.

- This is a paid, full-time internship.
