About the role#
The Equipment Solutions team supports construction projects by providing equipment rentals and site services. As an intern, you will provide administrative and analytical support to this team. You will work with internal groups, trade partners, and vendors to help reach project goals through the optimization of equipment assets.
What you'll do#
- Plan and procure equipment for construction projects, including processing rentals and handling logistical coordination and billing.
- Use specialized software to manage equipment and process rental transactions.
- Manage contract documents and assist with the purchasing of consumables.
- Evaluate rental options, solicit vendor bids, and assist with crane selection and sourcing.
- Gain exposure to equipment facility operations and field construction work.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
- Previous internship experience in a related field is preferred.
- Strong skills in communication, collaboration, and problem-solving.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities while remaining detail-oriented and organized.
- A professional attitude and solid customer service skills.
- Current legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Location & details#
- This is a paid, full-time internship located on-site in Minnesota.
- The term runs from May to August 2027.
