About the role#
The Equipment Solutions Intern will provide administrative and analytical support to the Equipment Solutions team at Mortenson. This role involves planning, procurement, and logistical coordination for equipment used on construction projects. You will gain exposure to equipment facility operations, field operations, and software used for managing rental assets.
What you'll do#
- Assist with the planning and procurement of equipment.
- Coordinate logistics for equipment requests and transactions.
- Manage contract documentation.
- Evaluate rental options and source vendors for equipment needs.
- Support the team with billing and consumable purchasing.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate degree program in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- A positive and professional attitude.
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple competing priorities.
- Detail-oriented approach to tasks.
