About the role#
The Culinary Internship at Montage Palmetto Bluff offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a luxury hospitality environment. This is a paid, full-time, on-site position with a rolling term. We welcome students from diverse academic backgrounds, including Civil Engineering, Public Health, Nutrition, Cybersecurity, and Business Administration, who are interested in pursuing a career in the culinary arts.
What you'll do#
- Assist in food preparation and presentation.
- Work alongside the culinary team in daily kitchen operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all kitchen areas.
- Learn and adhere to established health and safety regulations.
