About the role#
The Culinary Internship & Externship at Montage Palmetto Bluff offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a luxury hotel kitchen. This role focuses on food preparation, kitchen operations, and maintaining high culinary standards while working in a collaborative, professional environment.
What you'll do#
- Prepare hot and cold food items according to hotel standards.

What you'll need#
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong collaborative skills for working in a team environment.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and for extended periods.
- One year of experience in a standalone restaurant or hotel environment is a plus.
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel setting is a plus.
