About the role#
As an MBA Summer Associate for Business Transformation, you will work directly with senior leadership to redesign internal business processes. This role focuses on reimagining how work gets done by leveraging AI and automation to improve productivity across the organization. You will move beyond recommendations to actively implement and test new workflows, gaining exposure to executive leadership and ownership over transformation initiatives.
What you'll do#
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve business processes across corporate functions.
- Design and prototype AI-driven workflows to reduce manual effort and increase efficiency.
- Map current-state processes and design future-state workflows to improve scalability.
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify operational pain points and translate them into technology-enabled solutions.
- Support the implementation, testing, and rollout of AI and automation initiatives.
- Develop documentation, training materials, and change management resources to support adoption.
- Measure the impact of initiatives through process metrics, dashboards, and performance reporting.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with leaders in Finance, Operations, Technology, and HR.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a full-time MBA program with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- A minimum GPA of 3.5.
- Experience with or a strong interest in AI, automation, and the future of work.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on implementation.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Academic or professional background in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, Operations Management, or Industrial Engineering.
