About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for the summer of 2027. As an MBA Summer Associate in Business Transformation, you will work directly with senior leadership to redesign internal operations. This role focuses on identifying inefficient processes, designing AI-enabled workflows, and implementing solutions that improve productivity across the organization. You will gain exposure to executive leadership and take ownership of tangible projects.
What you'll do#
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve business processes across corporate functions.
- Design and prototype AI-driven workflows to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
- Map current-state processes and design future-state workflows to improve scalability.
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify operational pain points and translate them into technology-enabled solutions.
- Support the implementation, testing, and rollout of AI and automation initiatives.
- Develop documentation and training materials to support successful adoption of new workflows.
- Measure the impact of transformation initiatives through process metrics and performance reporting.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a full-time MBA program with a graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- A GPA of 3.5 or above.
- Experience or a strong interest in AI, automation, and the future of work.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on implementation.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Preference for candidates with experience in business transformation, management consulting, or process improvement (such as Lean or Six Sigma).
- Experience with AI tools, automation platforms, or data visualization software is a plus.

- This role is based in Dallas, Texas.
- The position is on-site, five days per week.
